I enjoy watching sports events on television and I had purchased ESPN+ as they carry a host of games that are not carried on regular ESPN. I had purchased ESPN+ online however I could not get the APP to load on my LG TV so after about two weeks of trying to get to load I called Justin. I was doing physical therapy and talking with my physical therapist during a break I told her how frustrated I was trying to get the APP on LG television and she had used Justin to correct TV/intrnet issues. Justin first tried to load ESPN+ with no sucess then with further research found that LG will not let the ESPN+ APP be downloaded to their TV's. Well that did not stop him and he went to plan 2 said we set you system up with a streaming app and that it was what he did and now I can watch more games than I need to on ESPN+! I truly enjoyed meeting Justin and he knows what he is doing when it comes to internet and the TV.

Justin is a gem! He is capable, excellent at diagnosing issues and able to quickly fix problems. In one session he worked through probably 7 iPhone issues. In another visit he worked both with our iPhones and was also able to help with our Windows 11 laptop too. Plus, his nature is to be helpful and he is a joy with which to work.
